Meet Rumandeep
My name is Dr Rumandeep Kaur, and I am a Clinical Psychologist.
I have over eight years of experience working therapeutically within the NHS, as well as in private practice and the voluntary sector. My work is informed by a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, systemic and narrative therapies, mindfulness-based approaches, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
I work with individuals across a range of client groups and presenting difficulties. Central to my approach is the development of a strong therapeutic relationship, where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. I aim to offer a warm, empathetic, and collaborative space in which we can work together to develop an individualised and holistic therapy plan that aligns with your needs and goals.
